Happy Friday everyone!! I tend to get confused this time of year. Even though the calendar says September … here in Florida it’s still August!! Apparently, I missed Be Late for Something Day on Wednesday, Sept. 5. However, today is Salami Day, Saturday is Literacy Day, and Sunday is National Grandparents Day. So, in honor of grandparents everywhere … today’s free pattern is Cat Woman!
I know … it’s a bit of a stretch, but when I saw this darling pattern by Sandi Irish I just had to share it. The fun Cat Woman fabric is designed by Brian Crane for Timeless Treasures fabrics. Brian Crane’s Pickles has been part of the comics pages since 1990.
I don’t have a cat … I have an Umbrella Cockatoo who acts like he’s a cat or maybe a dog. He loves playing in my sewing room and has to be in the middle of everything! Sound familiar?
